40 ILCS 5/11-179.1: Use of contributions for health care subsidies.

Except as may be required pursuant to Sections 11-160.1 and 11-160.2 of this Code, the Fund shall not use any contribution received by the Fund under this Article to provide a subsidy for the cost of participation in a retiree health care program.
