40 ILCS 5/14-142: Duties of Director of Central Management Services.

The Director of Central Management Services in passing on payroll vouchers as required under the provisions of the "Personnel Code", approved July 18, 1955, as amended, shall approve the payroll vouchers if they are prepared in accordance with Section 14-140 of this Article.
