40 ILCS 5/15-126: Fiscal year.

"Fiscal year": Until July 1, 1987, the period beginning on September 1 in any year, and ending on August 31 of the succeeding year, except that the 1987 fiscal year shall end on June 30. Beginning July 1, 1987, "fiscal year" means the period beginning on July 1 in any year, and ending on June 30 of the succeeding year.
