40 ILCS 5/18-128.1: Limitations.

Payment of a widow's or survivor's annuity shall begin to accrue from the date on which salary or annuity payments to or on account of a deceased judge are terminated. Annuity payments to a spouse shall in no event be made for any period of time for which supplementary salary is granted or paid to the spouse following the death of the judge.
