40 ILCS 5/4-123.1: To subpoena witnesses.

To compel witnesses to attend and testify before it upon all matters connected with the administration of this Article, in the manner provided by law for the taking of testimony before the circuit court. The president, or any member of the Board, may administer oaths to such witnesses.
