40 ILCS 5/9-121.15: Transfer of credit from Article 14 system.

A current or former employee shall be entitled to service credit in the Fund for any creditable service transferred to this Fund from the State Employees' Retirement System under Section 14-105.7 of this Code. Credit under this Fund shall be granted upon receipt by the Fund of the amounts required to be transferred under Section 14-105.7; no additional contribution is necessary.
