405 ILCS 130/40: Transfers between facilities.

CHAPTER 405 MENTAL HEALTH, BEHAVIORAL HEALTH, AND DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES
Interstate Contracts for Mental Health Disorder Treatment Act.

An individual may be transferred between private facilities of the receiving state if transfers are permitted by the contract under this Act providing for the individual's care.
