An entity seeking a grant or contract under this Act shall submit an application at such time, in such manner, and accompanied by such information as the Department of Human Services, Division of Mental Health, may require. Requirements by the Department of Human Services, Division of Mental Health shall be done in a way that ensures minimum additional administrative work.
