CHAPTER 405 MENTAL HEALTH, BEHAVIORAL HEALTH, AND DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES
Community Mental Health Act.

Any such county, city, village, incorporated town, township, public health district, county health department, multiple-county health department, school district, community mental health board or any combination thereof, may accept donations of property and funds for the purposes specified in this Act.
