CHAPTER 405 MENTAL HEALTH, BEHAVIORAL HEALTH, AND DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES
Community Support Systems Act.

The Department of Human Services shall participate in the Children's Healthcare Partnership Pilot Program established under Section 12-4.37 of the Illinois Public Aid Code and may fund the provision of community support system services under this Act in Sangamon County through participation in that pilot program.
