CHAPTER 405 MENTAL HEALTH, BEHAVIORAL HEALTH, AND DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES
Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Code.

"Physician" means any person licensed by the State of Illinois to practice medicine in all its branches and includes any person holding a temporary license, as provided in the Medical Practice Act of 1987. Physician includes a psychiatrist as defined in Section 1-121.
