CHAPTER 405 MENTAL HEALTH, BEHAVIORAL HEALTH, AND DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES
Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Code.

Subject to appropriations, the Department shall establish pilot programs to provide the clinical services necessary to serve participants in mental health courts that have been established in any judicial circuit in this State.
