CHAPTER 405 MENTAL HEALTH, BEHAVIORAL HEALTH, AND DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES
Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Code.

Upon receipt of a petition and certificate prepared pursuant to this Article, a peace officer shall take a respondent into custody and transport him to a developmental disabilities facility.
