CHAPTER 405 MENTAL HEALTH, BEHAVIORAL HEALTH, AND DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES
Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Code.

The person who executed the application for administrative or temporary admission may request discharge of the client so admitted at any time. The client shall be discharged within 3 days of receipt of a written request by the facility director of the developmental disabilities facility.
