410 ILCS 125/15: Health care personnel; standing orders.

Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, health care personnel may provide medical services within a public health clinic in conformance with standing orders issued by a public health standing orders physician without prior establishment of a physician-patient relationship between the public health standing orders physician and the person receiving medical services.
