CHAPTER 410 PUBLIC HEALTH
Compassionate Use of Medical Cannabis Program Act.

The Illinois Cannabis Regulation Oversight Officer shall conduct a market research study on or before January 1, 2022. The study shall evaluate the ownership demographics of licensees and applicants for licenses under this Act.
