410 ILCS 18/90: Order or certified copy; prima facie proof.

An order or certified copy thereof, over the seal of the Comptroller and purporting to be signed by the Comptroller, is prima facie proof that:

(a) the signature is the genuine signature of the Comptroller;

(b) the Comptroller is duly appointed and qualified; and

(c) the hearing officer is qualified to act.
