CHAPTER 410 PUBLIC HEALTH
Autism Spectrum Disorders Reporting Act.

(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2027)

The Director shall promulgate rules to implement this Act which fosters the study, research, diminution, and control of autism spectrum disorders in this State. This Act shall be subject to appropriation.
