410 ILCS 406/35: Supervisor of services.

Upon the adoption of rules implementing this Act, in addition to the training required under Section 30 of this Act, a manager, supervisor, or person with the chief responsibility of oversight of Alzheimer's disease and related dementias services within an entity shall complete an Alzheimer's disease and related dementias services curriculum from a list compiled by the Department or have 5 years of experience as a director of an Alzheimer's disease and related dementias services program.
