CHAPTER 410 PUBLIC HEALTH
Experimental Cancer Treatment Act.

The Department shall establish by rule a procedure for the dissemination of information concerning cancer treatment and may act as a clearinghouse for cancer treatment related materials. The Department may make referrals to appropriate agencies or entities for services relating to cancer treatment.
