CHAPTER 410 PUBLIC HEALTH
Head and Spinal Cord Injury Act.

(a) Nothing in this Act shall be construed to compel any individual to submit to any medical or Department examination, treatment or supervision of any kind.

(b) Violation of any provision of Sections 2 through 4 of this Act shall be a petty offense.
