410 ILCS 535/21.5: Group burial; group cremation.

Notwithstanding Sections 20 and 21 of this Act, a permit for a group burial or group cremation under Section 11.4 of the Hospital Licensing Act may be issued without a fetal death certificate. The Department shall adopt rules to implement this Section.
