410 ILCS 615/16.9: Termination of application; forfeiture of license fee.

CHAPTER 410 PUBLIC HEALTH
Illinois Egg and Egg Products Act.

Failure of any applicant to meet all of the requirements for compliance within 60 days after receipt of a license application shall result in termination of the application and forfeiture of the license fee.
