CHAPTER 410 PUBLIC HEALTH
Illinois Egg and Egg Products Act.

"Official plant" means any establishment at which inspection of the processing of egg products is maintained by the Department under the authority of this Act or by the United States Department of Agriculture under authority of the Federal Egg Products Inspection Act.
