Notwithstanding any provisions to the contrary in this Act, the Director of Agriculture has exclusive jurisdiction to enforce Section 9 as to standards of identity, quantity and fill of container for foods, Sections 3.6, 3.9, 3.10, 3.12, 3.14, 3.16, 3.17, 3.21, 6, 10, 14, 17.1 and 22 as they relate to new animal drugs or animal feeds, subsections (d), (e), (h) (1) and (h) (2) of Section 11 and subsection (1) of Section 12.1 of this Act.
