410 ILCS 635/14

Whenever the enforcing agency finds in any dairy farm, milk plant, receiving station, transfer station or vehicle any milk, milk product or other dairy product which contains any unwholesome substance, or that may be poisonous or deleterious to health or otherwise unsafe, such milk, milk product or other dairy product shall be declared to be a nuisance, the Director or his authorized agent shall condemn or destroy it or in any other manner render the same unsalable as human food.
