410 ILCS 665/20: Severability.

If any provision of this Act or the Patient Access to Pharmacy Act is held invalid by a court, the validity of the remainder of this Act and the Patient Access to Pharmacy Act shall not be affected by that determination of invalidity. If the applicability of any provision of this Act or the Patient Access to Pharmacy Act to any person or circumstance is held invalid by a court, the applicability of that provision to other persons or circumstances shall not be affected by that determination of invalidity.
