410 ILCS 665/999: Effective date.

(Section scheduled to be repealed on July 1, 2032)

This Act takes effect upon becoming law or on the effective date of House Bill 2371 of the 104th General Assembly, as amended by Senate Amendment No. 2, whichever is later; however, this Act does not take effect at all unless House Bill 2371 of the 104th General Assembly, as amended by Senate Amendment No. 2, becomes law.
