415 ILCS 160/15: Waiver.

Subject to 49 U.S.C. 60118(d), the Department may, upon application by any person operating an underground natural gas storage facility, waive in whole or in part compliance with any standard established under this Act if it determines that such a waiver is consistent with the safety of underground natural gas storage facilities.
