CHAPTER 415 ENVIRONMENTAL SAFETY
Illinois Underground Natural Gas Storage Safety Act.

Except as otherwise provided in this Act, the Illinois Oil and Gas Act applies to underground natural gas storage facilities and to persons operating underground natural gas storage facilities.
