415 ILCS 160/60: Saving clause.

If any provision, clause, or phrase of this Act or the application thereof to any person or circumstances is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or application of this Act that can be given effect without the invalid provision or application and to this end provisions of this Act are declared to be separable.
