415 ILCS 165/20: Nonconfidential business information.

Upon a request by a jurisdictional wastewater authority, a covered entity must submit to the requesting entity, within 90 days after the request, nonconfidential business information and documentation demonstrating compliance with this Act in a format that is easy to understand.
