415 ILCS 20/4: Projections of Disposal Capacity.

On or before July 1, 1987, and annually thereafter, the Environmental Protection Agency shall publish a report regarding the projected disposal capacity available for solid waste in sanitary landfills subject to the fee requirements in Section 22.15 of the Environmental Protection Act. Such reports shall present the data on an appropriate regional basis. With respect to such sanitary landfill facilities, the report shall include an assessment of the life expectancy of each site.
