415 ILCS 5/25a-1

At least 60 days before beginning the decommissioning of any nuclear power plant located in this State, the owner or operator of the plant shall file, for information purposes only, a copy of the decommissioning plan for the plant with the Agency and a copy with the Illinois Emergency Management Agency and Office of Homeland Security, or its successor agency.
