CHAPTER 415 ENVIRONMENTAL SAFETY
Environmental Protection Act.

"Unit" means any device, mechanism, equipment, or area (exclusive of land utilized only for agricultural production). This term includes secondary containment structures and their contents at agrichemical facilities.
