CHAPTER 415 ENVIRONMENTAL SAFETY
Wastewater Land Treatment Site Regulation Act.

"Applicant" means any person who submits a program to the steering committee to establish, operate, manage or maintain a wastewater land treatment site or a digested sludge utilization site.
