CHAPTER 420 NUCLEAR SAFETY
Spent Nuclear Fuel Act.

Any person who violates any provision of this Act shall be liable to a civil penalty of not to exceed $10,000 for each violation and an additional civil penalty of not to exceed $1,000 for each day during which violation continues.
