420 ILCS 44/60: Deposit of moneys.

CHAPTER 420 NUCLEAR SAFETY
Radon Industry Licensing Act.

All moneys received by the Agency under this Act shall be deposited into the Radiation Protection Fund and are not refundable. Moneys deposited into the Fund may be used by the Agency, pursuant to appropriation, for the administration and enforcement of this Act.
