CHAPTER 420 NUCLEAR SAFETY
Illinois Nuclear Safety Preparedness Act.

The Agency may accept and administer according to law, loans, grants, or other funds or gifts from the Federal Government and from other sources, public and private, for carrying out its functions under this Act.
