CHAPTER 420 NUCLEAR SAFETY
Laser System Act of 1997.

A laser installation operator, temporary laser display operator, and laser safety officer shall promptly report to the Agency any injury to an individual in the course of use, handling, operation, manufacture, or discharge of a laser system.
