CHAPTER 420 NUCLEAR SAFETY
Laser System Act of 1997.

A laser installation operator or temporary laser display operator who fails to comply with the provisions of this Act is guilty of a Class B misdemeanor. Each day a laser installation operator or temporary laser display operator fails to comply with the provisions of this Act constitutes a separate offense.
