CHAPTER 425 FIRE SAFETY
Fireworks Regulation Act of Illinois.

No smoking shall be allowed in a store where fireworks are offered for sale. Over each entrance to such a store a sign in large letters shall be displayed, reading "FIREWORKS FOR SALE-NO SMOKING ALLOWED."
