430 ILCS 110/11

Any final decision, order or determination rendered by the department affecting the legal rights, duties or privileges of any party shall be subject to judicial review pursuant to the provisions of the Administrative Review Law, and all amendments and modifications thereof, and the rules adopted pursuant thereto.
