CHAPTER 430 PUBLIC SAFETY
Uniform Hazardous Substances Act of Illinois.

"Toxic" means any substance (other than a radioactive substance) which has the capacity to produce bodily injury or illness to man through ingestion, inhalation, or absorption through any body surface.
