CHAPTER 430 PUBLIC SAFETY
Illinois Chemical Safety Act.

Any business which operates in violation of this Act shall be liable for a civil penalty not to exceed $10,000 for each violation, and an additional civil penalty not to exceed $1,000 for each day during which such violation continues.
