CHAPTER 430 PUBLIC SAFETY
Hazardous Materials Emergency Act.

"Emergency agency" means police, fire, civil defense, Illinois Emergency Management Agency, or any other agency or department charged with the responsibility of responding to an accident involving hazardous materials.
