CHAPTER 430 PUBLIC SAFETY
Hazardous Materials Emergency Act.

To adopt by regulation the hazardous materials placarding requirements promulgated pursuant to the "Hazardous Materials Transportation Act" (PL 93-633) and to apply those regulations to all interstate and intrastate transportation of hazardous materials.
