430 ILCS 60/6

Public hearing. Before the Department of Labor determines and adopts further requirements for safety glazing material, in addition to the requirements of ANSI Standard Z-97.1-1966, and before the Department determines what constitutes an unreasonable hazardous location in need of safety glazing material, the Department shall hold public hearings for such determinations. Interested parties may testify and submit other relevant evidence at such hearings.
