CHAPTER 430 PUBLIC SAFETY
Firearms Restraining Order Act.

Non-preclusion of remedies. Nothing in this Act shall preclude a petitioner or law enforcement officer from removing weapons under other authority or filing criminal charges when probable cause exists.
