430 ILCS 75/13: Inspection fees.

The owner or user of a boiler or pressure vessel required by this Act to be inspected by the Chief Inspector or his Deputy Inspector shall pay directly to the Office of the State Fire Marshal, upon completion of inspection, fees established by the Board.

On and after October 1, 2003, 50% of the fees for certification of boilers and pressure vessels as described in Section 11 shall be deposited into the General Revenue Fund and the remaining fees received under this Act shall be deposited in the Fire Prevention Fund.
